According to the national air quality situation released by the Ministry of Ecological Environment on the 8th, from January to June this year, the average proportion of fine days in 337 cities at or above the prefecture level was 80.1%, up 0.4 percentage points from the same period last year. The ambient air quality of 142 cities reached the standard, an increase of 20 over the same period last year.

In the first half of this year, the concentration of PM2.5 in 337 cities at or above the prefecture level was 40 μ g / m3, down 2.4% from the same period last year, while the concentration of PM10 was 69 μ g / m3, down 4.2% from the same period last year. The concentration of ozone was 143 μ g / m3, the concentration of SO2 was 12 μ g / m3, down 14.3% from the same period last year, and the concentration of NO2 was 27 μ g / m3, which was the same as that of the same period last year. The concentration of CO was 1.5 mg / m3, an increase of 7.1% over the same period last year. 

From the blue sky defense war of the three major battlefields, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and the surrounding areas of "2X26" urban air quality has rebounded. From January to June, the average number of good days was 47.5 per cent, down 2.3 percentage points from a year earlier, while PM2.5 concentration rose 4.8 per cent from a year earlier. Among them, the proportion of excellent days in Beijing in the first half of the year was 62.4%, up 2.7 percent from the same period last year, and the concentration of PM2.5 was 46 micrograms per cubic meter, down 13.2 percent from the same period last year. 

The average number of fine days in 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta in the first half of the year was 73.6%, down 0.2 percentage points from the same period last year, and the concentration of PM2.5 was 4.1% lower than the same period last year. 

The average number of fine days from January to June in 11 cities in Fen-Wei Plain was 54.4%, down 0.7% from the same period last year, and the concentration of PM2.5 increased by 4.8% compared with the same period last year. 

From the ranking of air quality in key cities, among the 168 key cities in the first half of the year, Linfen, Xingtai, Shijiazhuang and other 20 cities have relatively poor air quality, while Haikou, Lhasa, Shenzhen and other 20 cities have relatively good air quality. 

From the point of view of the improvement of air quality compared with the same period last year, the improvement of air quality in Nanning, Suzhou, Zhaoqing and other 20 cities is relatively good, while the improvement of air quality in 20 cities such as Taian, Dalian and Linyi is relatively poor.
